Athenyx Returns & Order Policy (UK Online Orders)

Thank you for shopping with Athenyx. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Order Acceptance, Stock & Delivery Delays
  • We may occasionally reject orders if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside the UK, or the product has been misplaced. If this happens, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund.
  • We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., courier strikes, weather, customs). If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and your options. If the delay is substantial, you may request a refund.
  • Product images and colours on our website may vary slightly from the actual items due to display differences.
  • Please measure yourself carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
  • To cancel, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can cancel by sending an email to us at info@athenyxuk.com which must include your name, order number, and intention to cancel. Failure to provide this information will invalidate any cancelation request.
  • After notifying us, you must return the items within the next 14 days form the date of cancelation. 
  • Once we receive your return (or proof of posting), we’ll issue your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the goods back or proof of return—whichever is earlier.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. A returns label is included for your convenience, but you must pay the postage.
  • If we do not receive the returned goods or proof of their return, we may refuse the refund.
3. Our 14-Day Returns Policy (UK Orders Only)
  • Items purchased from Athenyx can be returned within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund:
  • Items must be unworn and unused (other than trying them on as you would in a shop).
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • If items are returned worn, damaged, or incomplete (e.g., missing tags or packaging), we may refuse or reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
  • We are currently unable to offer exchanges, but you are welcome to place a new order for a different size or style.
  • Exemptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear or swimwear) cannot be returned unless faulty.
4. How to Return Your Items

  • Pack Your Return: Pack your items securely—please reuse the original packaging where possible.
  • Attach the Returns Label & Ship Your Return: Attach the returns label included with your order. You are responsible for paying the postage cost. Send the return to:

  • Please obtain proof of postage—we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  • Refund Confirmation: Once your return is received (or we receive proof of posting), we’ll process your refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If your item arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong product, please contact us at info@athenyxuk.com before returning the goods.
  • We will cover the return postage and ensure you receive a full refund, including any delivery charges you originally paid.
  • For faulty items, you have a right to a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund.
6. Complaints Procedure
  • If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can make a complaint by emailing info@athenyxuk.com.  We will respond within a reasonable time and at the latest within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.
  • If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
